| The club went into Denver this month to visit the Wings Over The Rockies Museum. This museum is housed on the old Lowry Air Force base here in Denver. This facility was primarily a training facility for the Air Force and wasn't used for flight operations. It now is the home to many vintage aircraft and a restoration shop. There are also many displays of equipment used over the decades by our military as well a NASA. We had fantastic tour guides and good day was had by all. |
